Purchases are final. Because WAX Photos sells digital downloads, access cannot be meaningfully reversed once files have been made available.

We do not offer refunds for completed digital photo purchases. If there is an issue with your order, email events@waxgroup.co.uk with the email address used at checkout and your access code so the team can investigate.
